1/2 cup Apple/cherry juice
5 cups of ice
1/4 cup xylitol
1. Cut up the cantaloupe in chunks and discard the peel.
2. Add everything to your blender in the order listed and blend until smooth.
3. Transfer to ice cream maker and churn until frozen
4. Eat and freeze the leftovers.
5. After storing it in the freezer take it out 1/2-1 hour before eating to soften it up a bit.
Serve with a bit of berries!
