This dressing is good with any BBQ meat, steaks or similar. To make it AIP, leave out the mayo.
Ingredients:
One serving (5.5. oz) of plain coconut yogurt (recipe here)
1/4 cup of Mayo (make your own, or buy Primal Mayo). Don't buy any commercial crap with canola oil in it!
Finely chopped fresh chives (3 tbsp)
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
A bit of salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl. Mix with a hand-mixer until it is smooth.
